Jannika also brings with her, over 11 years of experience in negotiating sales transactions, which allows her to skillfully represent her clients’ best interests—whether maximizing a home’s value, structuring favorable terms, or navigating complex negotiations with confidence and professionalism. 
Having lived in the East Bay for the majority of her life, Jannika offers deep local knowledge of neighborhood dynamics, market trends, and lifestyle opportunities that help clients make well-informed decisions.
